  • What do I need to bring?
    • All you need to bring are the following items:
    • Beach Towels
    • Groceries/Charcoal (Large Weber Grills Provided)
    • Personal Gear (ie: life vests/fishing poles/bait/bikes)
  • Is there a place to park my boat and trailer?
    • Each cabin has its own private dock with ties for your boat.
    • We have plenty of spots to park trailers close to each cabin.
    • We  are less than 1.5 miles from the only boat landing and instructions for getting there is located on the refrigerator in each cabin.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    • Dogs need a pre-approval but we are dog friendly.
    • We ask that you bring no more than two dogs.
    • There is a dog charge of $25 per night / $100 per week.
    • We ask that you clean up after your dogs.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    • We ask that you do not smoke in the cabins.
    • We have provided ash trays on each deck outside of each cabin.
    • We ask that you pick up your cigarette butts and dispose of them when you leave with the garbage.
  • Is Little Spider Lake a good swimming lake?
    • Little Spider Lake is a very clear lake throughout the summer.
    • We have a Weer’s float in our bay (8’ of water) but do not have a lifeguard on duty.
    • Our Resort does have a sandy shore with little weeds.
    • Swimming is at your own risk.
  • What is Little Spider Lake like?
    • Please read the Little Spider Lake tab for a more complete detailed info.
    • Little Spider Lake is a very quiet 236 acre lake with a maximum depth of 23’.
    • You can boat, jet ski, pontoon, fish, canoe and kayak with little issue.
    • Lake Rest Cabins are located in the south bay of the lake. There are seasonal homes adjacent to the property, but for the most part there are less than ten boats on the lake at any time during the summer.
  • Can I rent a boat?
    • Each cabin is provided with a row boat, canoe and paddle boat.
    • We do not rent boats but can provide you with local companies that do rent and will even bring them to the lake for you.
